Hi,

I’ve just received my KPN modem (Box 12) via PostNL and my activation date is stated as 14th Sept. I’m trying to log in to MyKPN but it is asking for my customer number. Where do i get my customer number?  Also, all the guidance & videos are in Dutch, how do i get support in English?

Hello @hande , if your activation date is the 14th of september, you cannot make an KPN-ID now. You can make an KPN-ID a few days after the 14th of September when all the KPN-systems are up to date.

 


Thank you @JanD , noted. But how will i know my customer number after 14th? I did not receive any mail or else with it, will i? 


Hello @hande when KPN has updated everything, you do not need a customernumber anymore. Otherwise you can call 0800 0402 (free of charge) later this week.
