Maybe someone will solve my problem here.  I ordered the internet assembly service and internet at the Zwolle point.  More than a week has passed since the scheduled assembly date.  I called the hotline 3-4 times and gave my phone number each time.  Someone had to be contacted each time and so far 0 contact.  If you do not want me to become your client, it is enough to say that I will not waste time on you and wait for anything

Hello @Sylwek Czerniak, thank you for choosing KPN. From what I understand, you expected your connection to be live last week, but you're still waiting. I don't know why, but I'd like to see what's going on. Could you update your profile by adding your client number, postal code, house number, and date of birth?
