I gave kpn a call about extra internet, the bot said it is processed successfully, but i got no message or internet, hopefully someone can look into it. Looking forward to resolution!

Sorry to hear that you don't have internet yet. 

Could you fill in your forum profile with your adress, and the sim card number which is on the simcard in te modem? 

Then I can check what I can do for you!
