Good afternoon!
I'm trying to get internet in my new apartment but I can't figure out how to solve this problem.

Meterkast has a copper kpn line (at least it looks like isra. White box with rj11 and kpn logo). I subscribed to a copper internet line (200 Mbit/s download and 20 Mbit/s upload) after that I received a package with an installation package. The package includes a kpn box 12 and one yellow utp cable (as far as I understand, this package is for fiber optics but not for copper). On the activation day (August 21), I connected the modem to the DSL port but the internet did not appear. I left a request for a meeting with a technical specialist from kpn (the meeting was scheduled for August 23).

On August 22, kpn network service specialists came and offered to install fiber optics in the apartment (I live on the 4th floor). There were 4 orange spools of fiberglass on the first floor (entrance to the apartment building). The kpn mechanics installed the optics into the apartments on the first and second floors and left at the end of the working day (without any additional information). On August 23, they came again (at least I noticed them on the street from the window) and left again a couple of hours later.

on the same day a technical specialist came (for whom I requested by myself on the first day of the subscription) and he said that there might have been a mistake because kpn sent me the wrong set of equipment, and he is a specialist for fiberglass.

Please tell me what is the best thing to do? Wait for a specialist from kpn network (if they will return on Monday, I don’t know) or try to call a copper specialist?

Sorry to hear about this. Do you currently have services via DSL? Fiber optic is something different. Could you also post a photo of your connection point? Of both, and also the so-called wrong one?
