Employee discount not applied on my internet contract

Hi

I have seen the current and last month bill and I have not seen the employee (50%) discount is not applied to my internet subscription. I have verified on the internal portal and the staff discount is already activated from 1st Nov 2023 and it is recurring.

Let me know how/whom to reach out for the same.

Hello @Kogul Thiyagarajan, i am really sorry but the customer service can't fix this for you. You need to raise a ticket with the HR department.
