I am an international student moving in to my own apartment so I need to organize my own internet. When I went to complete the order and entered my IBAN, it would not let me move to the next stage even though all boxes were ticked green. I am assuming this is because I entered a non-dutch IBAN as I do not yet have a dutch bank account. Is there anything I can do to still get internet?

Yes, I am sorry to say: get a Dutch bank account. KPN is a Dutch ISP and operates only in the Netherlands. Therefore (and to prevent international fraude) they only accept Dutch IBAN's.
