Experia Box V10 shows red light, no internet

My internet went down since earlier in the day, the Experia box is showing a red light.. I’ve unplugged  it to see if this resets the box.. but nothing. As this is on a business account I really do expect a swift response from KPN, as it is impacting my work.

The fastest way to get support is to call the business support line 0800-0403, for technical failures it should be available 24/7.
