Unfortunately it isn't possible to activate the services earlier than communicated. Thankfully it's only two days away so hopefully you'll be able to manage without internet at home until then.
Your customer number should be on the contract you received. It should start with either a 9 or a 6.
If it's not on there, try checking in your MijnKPN. You can follow your KPN orderstatus on your MijnKPN account too, so hopefully there's more information for you there.
