Fiber announced 2 years ago in Den Haag, it is installed but can't order yet

Hello,

KPN netwerk installed fiber optics in our street last year in November 2023, they said it would ready in December 2023. Then I saw on the website that it would be available in June 2024. Now it says December 2024… The endpoint is already installed in our apartment. Can someone tell me what is going on with this company?

First things first, I've adjusted your username as we don't allow swear words here. 

Secondly, if the site says that fibre will be available later then that is probably the case. Often times the neighborhood hub will still need work to get everything working.
You could contact KPN Netwerk and ask them whether the date is an estimate or if it's the expected date. They’re in charge of the fiber connections so they should be able to clarify some things. 🙂
