My internet was installed earlier this week. I had some problems initially but the Glasvezel light did light up and I was able to connect. Now the light is gone again. I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong or if it’s a problem of activation?

Did you have to click the black unit on the fiber connection yourself (zelf installatie), or was it done for you?


I had to do it myself. I had problems at first but eventually the light came on.


Maybe you have to carefully take it off and click it on again. Just to make sure, read the manual again before you do :)
