Hi,

I have problem about slow internet speed.

I subscrived 1Gb optical internet.

But there is not enough speed, which is 250Mb/s, and sometimes tv is not working well.

So several time I checked with wifi manager but still at there.

Hi @YK Lim! If the speed is only slow through WiFi, then the Wifi Manager should be able to make some improvements. However, keep in mind that WiFi is easily influenced by the environment. This means it can quickly lose speed when it needs to go through walls etc. Could you try doing a speedtest on a device that's been connected directly to the router with an internet cable? I'm curious to see if the speed is better then.

Hi, I tried Wifi Manager several times, but still speed is 300MB/s. same as I subscribe 300MBs up and down.

Then I'm curious how fast the cabled connection is. Could you connect a laptop or PC directly to your router with an internetcable and do a speedtest? If that one isn't up to speed either, disconnect your the fibre access point in your home from the electricity carefully. Wait for 2 minutes, and connect it again. Hopefully the speed is better after that!
