Fiber glass light not working

Good morning,

I have new internet from KPN.

I've connected the fiberglass box and modem as in the instructions from the package.

The glass light is not working and the internet light from the modem is not stable (just flashing)

 

Maybe the fiberglass box needs to be installed on the left side.. not on the right side (how is it now)

 

Please help

The fiberglass box needs indeed to be installed on the left side.

I did what @GeSp advised, but its still not working. Actually I had a call today with one of the support from KPN. He said that the glas fiber its not even activated there yet (it was supposed to work starting from 25 September). And I should get on that day a message from KPN stating that the fiber glas is activated. I didn't received anything..

He forwarded this problem to the technical department and they will look into it asap. It could be the fiber glass in the area that needs to be adjusted/activated. Or they need to come inside the house and check in more detail the internet panel. It must be an error somewhere…
