FTU Box - only power and ethernet lighted but glass not lighted

Please help. Troubleshoot done for both box and modem

I already checked on your zipp code you added in your profile, and I see that a technician has been scheduled for this afternoon between 15.00-17.00. So I assume it will be resolved this afternoon 😉

Have you also removed power from the NTU?

Yes I did for both. Also reset the modem.

Then I hope that an employee of KPN will respond soon as this seems to be either a faulty NTU or that the fiber is not connected anymore in the PoP (Point of Presence).

@JenJanice, did the technician repair the connection with internet? So is your problem solved?
