'Glas' indicator on the optic converter box is not lighting up

As you can see from the subject, after installing the KPN optic converter and modem in my new home, one of the LED lights is not green and (expectedly) I have no internet connection.

If you could point me to a solution, that would be much appreciated.

Hi @sugakandrei, once the fiber optic box is up and running, the glas light should be green. In this case it’s not so the only solution is to contact KPN for a technician. You can call them on 0800-0402.
