I can’t request a compensation for not having internet for 9 (!) days. Please help me how to request compensation for that!

There are 2 different ways to go about this: 

If you did not have internet due to a ‘algemene storing’ that affected multiple connections, you can request a refund via Vergoeding bij een netwerkstoring 

If you were the only one that did not have a connection due to something that went wrong on only your address, this link does not work. In that case you can contact our customer service via 0800 - 0402 and explain the situation so they can give you the compensation.
