Hi,

I had applied for KPN internet one month back and last week I received modem and other things. Today I have connect everything as describes in the documents, and now POWER LED is steady green, but Internet and Wi-Fi LED is blinking green. Till now, I have not received any SMS, regarding service activation. Form the forum, it’s look likes it’s common problem with KPN. How do I activate internet service? I called customer care, but it is in completely Dutch, so unfortunately I could not understood anything.
