I would like to cancel an order I placed. For this, I had submited a form on the KPN website and received the receipt for request for the cancellation via email with the subject Gegevens online annuleren KPN. However, I received an email today saying KPN has dispatched my order and I received a tracking ID which says it’d be delivered tomorrow.

So, how can I cancel the order/subscription?
