So I have received the below items from KPN and have purchased the below adapter. I am unable to connect to the internet. Is there another adapter that I should receive from KPN?

If that's the adapter you got then you should be able to plug an internet cable into it and your router. Then the connection should be up and running. 
If that's not working at all, you could call us on 0800-0402 on business days between 8:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays between 8:00 - 17:00. You have an installation guarantee when ordering with us, so if it turns out you cannot install your services then a mechanic can be scheduled to help you with that. 🙂
