Hello Team

I spoke to KPN Customer Service, they put me on hold 4 times..(20-25 minutes each time) and then no one responds to me..  I have spent more than 4 hours to check if emergency internet package can be sent to my home and what is the expected date.

If you can’t get through customer service, please update your profile with the relevant private data, so that a KPN moderator can help you.

Did you succeed by contacting us again by calling our free number 0800 0402? 

May I also ask why the emergy packet is needed? Please let me know.
