From yesterday no internet and the technician comes later today. In email it says we get free 100GB internet bundle for a week. I need it so I can work today.

How is it going to be activated? I have no SMS received..

Hello @Yaab, how unfortunate that you had no internet 2 days ago. This is especially difficult when you have to work from home. It's too late now, but for the next time: please give us a call at 0800 0402. My colleagues can add these bundels to your KPN mobile phone numbers.
