How do I install without a connection point?

I just moved to my new house. The previous tenant used caiway and I do not have a kpn connection point in the house. I received the package today. The technician is scheduled to come after a week. Cannot wait until then, is there a way to install my internet package now ?

You can look for one of the KPN connection points which are mentioned on this page: https://www.kpn.com/service/internet/aansluitpunt

Maybe you can find it somewhere else in your house, it could be in the meter cupboard.

Did you get a message that your subscription has started, if not it probably won’t work anyway.

Hi @NBindra . Welcome to the KPN Forum! It's unfortunate that you can't find the connection point in your house. I hope you'll still manage with the instructions above. Otherwise, there's nothing else to do but wait for the technician. Perhaps they can figure out where the connection point is.
