Hello,

I’ve been without internet at my new address since July 1st and when I cancelled my contract with KPN a couple of days ago, I got told on the phone that I can request a full refund for those past 3 months (+ any additional invoice I will be sent in the upcoming weeks). However, when I go to https://www.kpn.com/service/administratie/facturen/creditering to initiate the process, there is no option that seems to cover my case. Could you please help me with this?

That's a long time so I can totally understand what you want. My advice would be to file an offical complaint about this matter and therefore you can use this form. The department that handles the complaints will contact you (within 10 working days) to look for a solution.
