I was relocating from the Nederlands to UK this year and had requested for the Wifi contract termination on July 8th 2024 through the customer care. The customer care representative assured the contract will get terminated on Aug 8th 2024 with 1 month of notice period. I moved to the UK on August 1st and till now keep getting messages to pay for my Wifi subscription monthly.
I called the customer care and they’re saying they can’t do anything. They are requesting me to file a complaint through the KPN website. When I check the website, complaints can only be raised through an appointment. And for the appointment you need a dutch phone number. As I’m in UK I dont have a dutch number. What should i do?Â
