I did not recieve my welcome gift, a LG Smart Tv

I got a yearly internet subscription in May, but I never recieved the welcome gift which is 32 inc LG Smart Tv.

It was supposed to delivered to my address but it has not delivered from PostNl. 

Then Kpn customer service told me they sent it again, its been more than a month but i still havent recieved it.

Hi @ecem.baysal . Welcome to the forum.

On 28-5-2021 we have sent you an e-mail with a track and trace. On this date The tv was sent to a PostNL punt.  Since it was never picked up they returned the tv to KPN.

I will try and repeat this proces manually. Please also check your mail regularly.
