Can someone please help me? Since I installed your internet it hasn't been working properly and I get nowhere with the solution. It's so upsetting you are so quick and easy with selling your product but give absolutely no post-sale service when thing do not work. People rely heavily on this stuff… 

There is some DNS issue I cannot resolve on my laptops. Phone seems to be connected okay.
