I have no internet on box 12, what to do?

Hello,

I have KPN Box 12b modem and Internet Connectivity is Disconnected. I couldn’t connect via WiFi or with Ethernet cable.

Welcome to the forum @fulyace. It looks like it is working now, I've checked to see if the modem was online and it gave me a reply. It looks like the connetion itseld wasn't ready yet when you tried it, the connection was completed on the 11th. The day after you posted this. I expect everything to be working now 🙂
