I haven't received the installation package yet, subscription starts on October 4th

Good Morning

I have switched from Ziggo to KPN fiber optic and the start of new contract is 4th October. Based on the in the infomation in FAQ, I should receive the installation pakage around a week before the connection starts. However, so far the order is still "Being packed"and taking into the account the weekend, I was expecting to receive it in the middle of this week, but order still in the same status.
I tried to contact the customer service twice yesterday without any luck (probably because I was not speaking dutch). How can I verify that everything is fine? As I really need to make sure that on 4th October I have everything due to the fact that I work from home

Any help are highly appreciated.
