I need help to end my contract

Hello.

I need to cancel my internet contract because the place I moved in doesn't have the KPN glass fiber. I tried calling to customer service and they hanged up on me.

I have been paying for an internet connection I don't use for months, so now that the ending date is approaching, I'd like to terminate it definitely.
