I recently ordered KPN Internet and received the router, but then I heard that my landlord had ordered one for me, so I cancelled it and returned the router. However, my landlord also cancelled it and now I have to order again myself. The connection date is 2 days away, but I haven’t received anything nor the activation day has been confirmed. Is everything okay? Is it okay to cancel and order again? I wanna call customer support but every number I tried didn’t work.
