I started my subscription with KPN and I still have no internet. Even after the technician came, I was left with no solution and no internet. The reason why I don’t have Internet is because of some issue with the main cable outside of the apartment. The technician mentioned that there are more people with the same issue. I don’t understand why it’s not a priority even then. There are people studying/working in the apartment and it’s not okay to not have Internet. If not a permanent solution, I need to find a temporary solution to my issue and not more wait time
