Hello,

I have switched to KPN on 1st of February and they inform us that the service will be available on 28.2. 

We received the router box and installed it properly (all leds are green except the internet led on the router is flashing), even after receiving a SMS that says the internet service is active now.

We called customer service and the only thing that they suggested is sending an engineer to check this problem on 11th of March.

So, how can we work now without internet specially that we are providing an online service and working from home ??

Hi @Amr_t and welcome to our KPN Community! That's not a great start of your subscription with us. 😔 I'm sorry to hear that the services weren't working right away. 

If you’re completely without services now you can call us on 0800-0402. My colleage will then be able to check whether an emergency internet package can be sent to you, or add data to your mobile phone if you have a subscription with us. 
Hopefully that's enough until you can be connected to us!
