Hello! I have got a message confirming the activation of internet connection today. I have installed the modem and the fibre optic box but still the internet is not activated. The green light is  blinking. Please help me with this.

Your internet was activated on the 20th, but you did not have signal then. Is this still the case? If so, the quickest way to get help is to call us at 0800-0402 (free). The colleague you'll be speaking with can check the status, and set in motion the needed steps (installation support, technical ticket or technician).
