Hi, my internet contract ends in end of May with the confirmation e-mail and the device was sent back with receipt. But I was still charged for June 2022.

Can KPN please refund me the for the month of June and tell me whether this cancelation is effective?

I see you already had contact. My colleague told you that you will receive the last invoice the first of july. It will be a credit, everyday you have paid too much, you will get it back.
