Dear Support Team/Customer Service,

I recently switched my subscription from Ziggo to KPN. A few days ago, I received an email confirming that my internet connection should now be active. However, after completing the installation, I am still unable to access the internet.

Despite following the installation instructions carefully, I am not receiving an internet signal.

Could you please look into this matter as soon as possible? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Parveen , do you have a DSL or a glass fiber connection with KPN?

In case of DSL: which lights are turned on on your experiabox?

In case of glass: Which lights are turned on on your glass box?

 


Never mind, I see you have fiber optic. So, which are the lights on your glass box and what color?

Thank you for your response. I just spoke to KPN support staff and they are sending someone tomorrow to check the connection. However, Power, and Alarm show the green and red light but connection does not.

Good thing calling KPN, that’s always the fastest way. If the alarm light is red, then sending someone is the right thing.
