36 hrs without Internet as of now

  • KPN cancelled the engineers appointment without informing.
  • I called the support staff they don't have any idea about reported incident.
  • No Incident ticket from KPN
  • No Compensation
  • They are asking me to pay to fix their issue
  • New appointment on Wednesday

Hoping that engineer will come an fix the problem or some magic.

Corona and Working from home well supported by the leading provider of Netherlands.

I was not a KPN customer but Telfort. I hope it was far better with them.
I am looking for a new provider, worst support calls...

Hi @Binoj. How annoying that the appointment has been canceled and that you have been without an internet connection for a long time. I assume that our engineer wil fix the problem tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience, :sweat:

I was suppose to receive a modem, so that I can check if it is modem failure.  

PostNL states it is delivered and when I checked with afhalpunt it is not there.

 

Strange issues by two top most companies in Netherlands.

 

Hoping that it will be fixed by tomorrow, Fingers crossed...:)

Finally issue got fixed by replacing the modem.

 

I am trying to cancel the engineer’s appointment for tomorrow, it is showing an error.
I am in call with your service desk, he is also trying to cancel the appointment.

 

Any help would be appreciated.


How nice that the problem had been solved by replacing the modem. Do you want to leave your name, zip code, house number and customer number in your KPN Forum profiel? Then I can find out for you whether i can cancel this appointment. Please leave a message after doing this.
