Internet installation keeps being delayed

I am currently facing the same issue. I am regretting why I went for KPN. They are taking 8 days to install. Nowhere in the world (have lived in UK and India) it takes 8 days to install wifi. Also they communicate only in Dutch. Why is it an issue to English next to Dutch?
