Internet is still no activated from morning even after installing the box, it’s a fibre optic connection. Appointments are not there not to call back . Someone help me ?

There is an appointment booked for Jan 8th.

Suggesting to call customer care shouldn't be the default response, as it's already an option for anyone who has taken the time to post a query here. I've reviewed previous answers, and many simply advise contacting customer service. However, that might not always be the most suitable solution, especially since customer service often doesn't respond on weekends.

Instead, it would be more helpful to offer solutions or ask relevant questions, such as whether specific steps have been taken, if the internet supply is active, or if there's a way to check the supply status. Providing these kinds of detailed, actionable suggestions can better support customers in resolving their issues efficiently.

Since a few days have passed, it might be best to recommend reaching out to KPN customer service for quicker assistance. While our community is incredibly supportive, some issues, like service activation, often require direct help. Given that moderators can't always be present, it's important to guide members to customer service when immediate attention is needed. Furthermore I’m glad to hear that an appointment has been scheduled for January 8th; hopefully, everything will be resolved smoothly then!
