- Engineer came to install KPN 12B modem this afternoon (1st August 2023)
- He tested the connection, and I logged into the internet on my phone via a QR code the engineer gave me , Internet/Wi-Fi worked fine.
- As Engineer was leaving, he stated that the Wi-Fi will now cut-off for 10/15 mins and then turn back on and work as normal. This has not been the case after 6 hours.
- Problem:Â The power light and Wi-Fi light are solid green, but the internet light is flashing green rapidly so there is no internet connection to use Wi-Fi
- I 've tried resetting and turning the modem on and off again but nothing has worked.
Please advise how this can be resolved.
