Good evening, last Monday I received my modem Box 12 and today (as the internet subscription started today) I plugged it in. After getting the "no internet" blinking light, I opened the plug in the wall and found out that the cables are not plugged at all.
How can I request a technician? I've tried calling 0800-0402 but it seems like my call gets ended automatically (maybe because I'm calling from an italian phone number?).
Would I have to pay the technician visit?
