I have upgraded my internet from 100mb to 1gb about 1 week ago from mykpn app.

In the mykpn app I see 1gb .

But when I do a speed test I have only 100mb, I checked and my link with the kpn router is in 1gbps full duplex.

Try to reset the NTU and the kpn router.

 

Also, the link between the modem and the NTU could be limited to 100 mbit, the cable may be broken or not connecting well.

thanks for help,the problem is between the media convertor and the router, when i connected with a cat6 cable directly to the media convertor i got 1gb link.
