Internet valt weg, Experia box V10a brand groen en is niet te bereiken

Op willekeurige momenten over de dag valt internet weg, meestal blijft de tv wel doorgaan. De experia v10a is dan ook niet te benaderen op het eigen ip adres. Herstart van de glasvezel NT en de experiabox, of reset van de experiabox, mogen niet baten.

Hieronder staat de log van de box, rondom een moment dat de boel weer eens uitviel. Hoe kan ik dit probleem oplossen zodat ik thuis zonder onderbrekingen internet houdt?

@Bart_Z Het is wel een investering, ik zag geen andere uitweg. En kreeg die ook niet.

@Bart_Z De Fritzbox heeft nu een dag gedraaid. Fijn is dat deze lekker snel in de lucht is. Punt is wel dat het probleem niet weg is. De internet verbinding wordt regelmatig afgebroken. Daarnaast geeft de fritzbox duidelijke aanwijzingen waar de oorzaak ligt. Bij de provider. Tja. Ik ben benieuwd hoe dit verder gaat, want dit is wel gevalletje hetzelfde voor veel meer, qua abonnement.

Voor de goede orde: inmiddels wordt er thuis gewerkt mbv een hotspot via de mobiele telefoon. Dat is niet wat ik van een internet abonnement verwacht.

Dat is niet goed. Het blijft dus wegvallen. Ik zie dat je hier een uur geleden over gebeld hebt en dat je nog weer terugbelt met een van mijn collega's van KPN Service Plus. Hopelijk snel opgelost want ik begrijp dat het probleem ongeveer gelijk begonnen is met een stroomstoring. Hoor graag als er weer contact is geweest.

@Bart_Z : de monteur is geweest; na minstens 3 collega's gesproken te hebben en 2x naar de centrale in de wijk te zijn geweest, is eea verholpen. In de centrale was een onderdeel geïnstalleerd, dat in combinatie met mijn glasvezel modem (nt) niet goed werkt. Symptomen: kpn ziet dat alles als een zonnetje loopt, geen verstoringen. Klant heeft alleen maar problemen en loopt tegen de haast onneembare vesting aan. Het is een probleem dat nog niet zo lang bekend is bij kpn (2 jaar nog maar…...). Qua klantbeleving en beloftes valt er aan de kpn kant nog eea flink te verbeteren. Jammer dat ik een duurder abonnement heb moeten nemen om mijn leverancier de beloofde diensten te laten leveren. Dat dus, gemengde gevoelens.

Ik begrijp dus dat er eindelijk wat aangepast is. Dat is goed, maar snap ook dat het eerder had gekund. Blijft gewoon een lastige als de metingen goed meten. Hopelijk blijft het nu allemaal goed.
