Internetaansluiting per wanneer actief?

Hello.
Today I received via sms message “Uw internetaansluiting is actief. Sluit nu uw pakket aan en geniet ervan!” But after plug my modem in Im still getting red light like there is still no signal.
On modem box i have: “Uw aansluiting datum is klaar op:27-04-2020. “ Sms is wrong or I might have internal installation issue.

Hi @S.el, welcome! I see the wishdate is the 27th indeed. I am not sure why you received the sms that it should work already. I am sorry for that! Monday it is!
