Mostly this will be in 2 hours. I think you have to wait or check in Mijn KPN if the payment has been fulfilled. 

 

If not, try to reach the support with phone.

I call there, but nobody help me.  They say I need wait 1-2 days. I don't know why, because I pay with IDEAL...

Yes. When I open MijnKPN app, I see also it's not payed. I don't understand that. You can see on this photos I pay this factur today....
