Could be days before they pick up your topic and then they will also advise to first call the KPN customer service 0800-0402 (mo to fr 08:00 - 18:00, sa 08:00 - 17:00).

Just say you want to speak to an employee to the computer.

Are you completely new? Or do you already have Internet from KPN?

If you already have internet, then you can indeed not apply for a new contract via the website. You can renew your contract by contacting us of via MijnKPN.

If you're completely new, the email makes it sound as if you've tried to apply for KPN Internet twice. Which is, of course, not possible on the same address. If this is the case, the second order will be cancelled. The first order will, of course, remain.
