I have a Box 8 router and suddenly from yesterday I lost my wifi connection, I tried turning off and on again, but after doing it, all lights turned on and froze.

I tried turning off and on again and after each time some of lights turned on and froze.

I don’t have contract holders information, I believe my house owner had this contract, should I ask him to track the issue or is it possible to track only by postal code and house number ?
