Kpn Box 8 lights freezes and not working

Hello,

 

I have a Box 8 router and suddenly from yesterday I lost my wifi connection, I tried turning off and on again, but after doing it, all lights turned on and froze.

I tried turning off and on again and after each time some of lights turned on and froze.

I'm sorry to hear your internet doesn't work. Could you please fill in your forum profile (private) so we can take a look for you? Please fill in your postal code, house number, the name + date of birth of the contract holder and (at ‘Persoonlijke opmerkingen’) the last 3 digits of your IBAN.

I don’t have contract holders information, I believe my house owner had this contract, should I ask him to track the issue or is it possible to track only by postal code and house number ?
