KPN Contract as Swiss Citizen

As I stay in the NL for 6month I would like to have a Dutch eSim. I registerd in the NL and have an extract of the BRP. I went to a shop with these documents but they told me that they need a card (?) in order to preceed with the contract. I assume they mean that I need the residence permit card, which I however dont get and need as a swiss citizen. Could someone please tell me what exact document is needed?

Hi @lars123123, welcome! You just need to bring your passport in addition to the BRP. There's a list and some more explanation in this topic

Do go back to the store to get this sorted. Online or by phone the system is a bit pickier about which forms of ID can be entered.
