I followed the online instructions to connect the Experia Amplifiers with V10 experia box.

 

As stated in the instructions, after installation both the amplifiers get Blue Wifi light, but after 1-2 minutes, this light switches off. And than there is no wifi coming from amplifiers and V10 box. 

 

How can I fix this? Are the amplifiers I received from KPN faulty?

I have tried installing it several times and tried after resetting both on V10 experia box and Experia Amplifiers as well.

Hi Monika, welcome. Is it still not working? I doubt both amplifiers have a defect, but you never know. Could you fill in your  profile?
