KPN mobile alles-in-1 + Telfort Internet

I currently have a KPN family pack (alles-in-1), with two numbers and internet. I’m moving to a new house which already has Telfort internet and I’m forced to terminate the KPN house internet service.

 

Can I keep my current KPN subscription and tariffs for mobile together with my new Telfort connection?

    Hi @Ekats, 

    Thanks for your message at our Forum. I'd recommend you to contact our Cancellations department via 0800-0402 (free of charge), in order to cancel the KPN Home subscription. 

    When you move to your new house, you can change the addresses of the KPN mobile subscriptions via MijnKPN. In that way you can apply for the Hussel/Compleet advantages (KPN Mobile combined with Telfort home subscription), so the tariffs of the mobile subscriptions stay the same.
