We transferred to a house today and stayed home as KPN technician was supposed to arrive 1500 to 1700 but did not arrive!

 

I did not receive any cancellation message or other communication.

This is unprofessional behavior for KPN.

Sorry to read that you waited for a mechanic that did not show.

I called this morning and was told that they were sorry that I wasn't informed that they couldn't do the installation last Friday due to weather conditions. It was a good discussion.

I will be receiving the Direct Online Internet Package with free 100GB tomorrow.

However, what will I do when the 100GB runs out? I think that KPN should still give me free GB since it's not my fault that internet is not yet installed even though I already filled up the house moving request last 12 December.

Considering that due to the weather now, it will take some time for the cable installation.


@JayP Good to read that you had contact with a colleague. 

When you run out of data, you can call my colleagues again. They can recharge the data on the Direct Online Package. :)

Still no technician until now. The internet on the Direct Pakket has already run out and my 7 digit code for my issue is not being accepted anymore on your customer hotline.
