Last week I moved and therefore KPN technician came to set up my WIFI. The internet cable was next to the wired doorbell cable for the front gate. When working, he also did something and unconnected the doorbell cable so now there is just two red and black wires hanging from the wall and I have no idea how to fix them. What should I do or to whom should I report this problem as it is clearly the technicians fault for taking it apart and not putting it back together again?

I'm sorry to read that your doorbell has been disconnected by the technician, @SvenTm. I would have expected the technician to reinstall the doorbell for you. I definitely understand you'd like for KPN to fix this issue.
